New AISH and ADAP Benefit Estimator Released
The Government of Alberta has released the new AISH and ADAP benefit estimator.
The tool is meant to help people estimate how much they may receive from AISH or ADAP.
It asks about things like:
• who lives in your household
• employment income earned by you
• employment income earned by your spouse or partner, if you have one
A few important things to know:
This is only an estimate. Your actual benefit amount may be different.
The estimator does not include all types of income. For example, it does not include pensions, the Canada Disability Benefit, Employment Insurance, or other income sources.
Calculator or not, people still need clear answers.
Disabled Albertans deserve to know what this means for their actual lives, not just a number on a screen.
This is about rent, groceries, medications, transportation, and being able to plan ahead.
You can try the estimator here:

The Government of Alberta says people can also contact their local AISH or Alberta Supports office for a more complete review, or call the Alberta Supports Contact Centre at 1-877-644-9992.
I encourage people to run the numbers, take screenshots, ask questions, and keep sharing what they are seeing.
